Just a note. I heard Cowherd on that and he was really referring to GM perceptions and their sometimes irrational actions more than reality itself. Those perceptions of the GMs and Owners watching another 3-5 year rebuild, wondering why can't they find a McVay type so then firing the current coach for the next new bright and shiny toy. (He used the SEC as an example of panic and crazyiness one "turnaround coach" an bring - they have fired 76 coaches since Saban arrival.) .
