I was watching the game with the lone Lion fan in town and we noticed the LIONS ran up the gut pretty much on first down every series.. Most of the time it was stuffed, but they had a few runs that were productive.. but, heck.. I KNEW on first down they were running it up the gut, so I'm sure the Rams defense did, as well, yet they kept doing it..
