Do Fowler and Ebukam play 100 % of snaps? Would think you'd want a third OLB to give other guys a blow on long drives / late in the game.
Maybe he's just not ready to play yet. This isn't Madden Football where you can just click on a guy and start playing him.
The Rams will put him on the field when, and if, they feel like he can contribute. The good thing is that we don't have to worry about it.
Just enjoy the rest of the season.
