Martz was an egomaniac and control freak.....great OC, but couldn't cut it as a HC.
McVay is all about the team...win win win is all he wants to do. Takes all the praise and deflects it to his players and coaches.
I loved Martz and what he did for this team, but Martz couldn't hold McVay's jock when it comes to the personal relationships that it takes to become successful HC
