A personal favorite of mine

So he was drafted where I thought he should be. I had him ranked 114th, went 117th

smooth strider with no wasted motion in movement
wins 50/50 balls
redzone threat
vertical threat
limited route tree
slight frame
good at highpointing the ball

in 3 years of college Josh spent 84% of his snaps wide right.

He also basically ran 3 routes:

28.9% - 9 route (go route)
24% - curl
22.1% - slant

75% of his routes were these 3, so he is probably learning the route tree, playing from either side of the line.

That said, I would love to see him get at least 15% of the snaps.

In red is from me now, he was limited in route tree and side of field and really kinda disappeared for games at a time, then exploded in the bowl games. So Reynolds was a field stretching, redzone type. Whereas Kupp played FCS ball and destroyed FBS teams evgery chance he got, not with his athletic ability, but his smarts, hard work and route running.

I had never heard they had a 15 min. interview with Kupp. I personally love the pick and have been on his bandwagon for 2 full years. But I completely blew what they were looking for.

Top notch route runner
Wins with precision over explosiveness
Good blocker
Good size for the position
I think he can play outside as well as slot
His speed and strength concerns me at the next level
