Take out Aaron Rodgers from the Packers and they are cellar dwellers.
And it's amazing how non-Packer fans just hate to hear a player get accolades. It brings out hate in them....I never understood that. Aaron Rodgers has been a great player and has made the NFL better.
And...he'll be a first ballot HOFer...and he easily deserves it.
Most of the criticism I saw of Rodgers in that thread is the exact same kind of stuff that I see on this board when one of our players has a bad day. Does the name Marcus Peters ring a bell? Yeah, I get it, he's not as impactful a player as Rodgers and maybe not even as skilled at his position as Rodgers is at his (although, I actually think that's debatable... they've both been "responsible" for blowing big games but also highly talented and able to make a difference, too). But we're quite willing to throw our own talented guys under the bus when we're upset over a loss or over a perceived lack of winning the "right way." Even Goff has gotten criticized for being "off" or "rattled" or "uncomfortable" ... in games we
won!So... just sayin'...
