In 2017 Quinn had 8.5 sacks. This year he has 1 (in 332 snaps). And his cap hit is over $11M.

In 2017 Fowler had 8 sacks. This year he has 2 (in 165 snaps). And his cap hit for the season is $3.6M (of which the Rams absorb $1.9M)
