I am starting to let all the media get to me as some now put the Saints as #1 team in the NFL (Colin Cowherd) and Reggie Bush predicted 350 yards, 4 TD's and 0 INT's for Drew Brees this weekend.
I know, I know, that is their job but a lack of respect.
So, the media wants me to believe that Aaron Rodgers is the GOAT. And simultaneously they want me to believe that because we didn't blow the Packers out of the water there's something deeply deficient with the Rams. Especially when Mr. GOAT and his team had two weeks to prepare for us. My eyes can't roll hard enough.
But, whatever. I'll take it. Let the Saints get a big head about how they're going to steamroll us at home. Can't wait to upset them. Early on Monday I was thinking we were going to lose in New Orleans. That was before I realized we're ranked significantly higher than them in in Offense (yards), Defense (yards), and Passing Defense (yards). They're #1 in Run Defense (yards), but they haven't had to face our O-Line and Todd Gurley yet. And McVay is going to have fun getting the last laugh on pre-season trickster Payton.
Feels good to be an 8-0 underdog to the real paper tigers out there.
