in good faith. Rattled to me would mean he had an option but failed to notice he needed to use it. I don't think he was given any options for that today... at least not for most of the game. To me it looked liked Goff went thru his progressions PRECISELY as the situation dictated considering the routes his receivers were running but they were smothered... he had no options... and yet.. didn't throw an Int. That, to me, is not 'rattled'. Semantics probably.
