Man, this is it right here. And I'm preaching to myself here. I did not enjoy last year enough, and that was a pretty darn good season. Once it became apparent we had a shot, the whole season turned into being about the playoffs for me and I easily got frustrated with games I should have just enjoyed.
This year, I'm really working hard to shift my attitude. So we had to win a close one against Seattle. Man, WE WON! So we let the Broncos sniff a comeback yesterday. Man, WE WON! We're
6-0! We are dropping tough football teams on the road. At the end of the season, if we don't get that Lombardi, there will be time enough for tears and complaints. Right now, I can wear a Rams jersey around town with PRIDE. We are the
class of the NFL, everyone!
All week the players diligently focus on
this Sunday and in the locker room after the game, they enjoy the win for
this Sunday. I want to do the same.
