There is nothing else to say about it.........If you swallow your whistle on that call, then you should stop being a Ref.

The hit on Cooks is "EXCATLY" the reason the NFL made the rule..........No targeting will be tolerated, no more "earhole" shots or direct helmet to helmet shots on a defenseless player.

IMHO......The referee should be fined.....Call the obvious calls, especially if player safety is in jeopardy.
