When I frame by frame it..

it looks like his knee might have gone down short of the 1st down, but is being blocked from that angle.. but, it does look like his knee is headed toward the ground.. Whether it touched or not we'll probably never know since there is no great debate about it on TV today.. I thought he got the first, but frame by frame almost opens the door to the possibility that he didn't..
