I mean, it could happen... but like I said before I don't think looking past ANYthing is in McVay's DNA.
More likely, to me, is that some of the other teams are actually quite good, and will be even better as the season progresses... not at all as they are being judged "today" due to a bad outing or W/L record. And this "MORESO" this season than in most seasons of the past. I'm seeing a LOT of good football.. both individual plays and entire games than it seems I usually see this early in the season.
