But people get upset when Goff is asked to improve...which is emotional not rational.
I like that he has taken shots in tight coverage...something I was concerned about.
I like how he handles himself in the pocket.
I love how he in general doesn't turn the ball over...this is HUGE!
But...
His receivers made outstanding adjustments to make catches on less than accireate throws...
His long ball is still suffering...big...
He will never be a QB who can beat you with his legs BUT his pocket awareness and movement is huge.
Goff is a top 20 QB on this board...but not by national opinion. My guess is he moves into that category this year. But he is no where near top 5.
No come backs,..no 4th quarter rallies... that gives you status...appropriate or not.
