We didn't and we weren't. So glad and relieved we got the win. I hope we really show up for the Cards. They'll be fired up and this is an early must win for them. If they lose they fall two games behind us. And they usually do play is tough. I'm holding my breath. But, just because our obvious superior talent shined through by the end doesn't mean we wouldn't have been sharper if they had some PS snaps. Remember this two plus two doesn't equal orange.
That's a good point about Brown v. Blythe, which I spaced on, but I will say they knew Brown would be out and Blythe practiced enough with the 1st to make the transition smooth.
I agree that they weren't sharp in all phases but the point I was making was that they had enough going that they didn't NEED to be.
