But I suspect that something else that was very powerful also occurred in that 2nd half.
Namely, Rodgers inspired his teammates with his gutsy decision to play in the 2nd half. We’ve all probably experienced an inspiring thing in our lives that produced results that seemed magical and far beyond our normal abilities, so I’m sure we can all relate.
Rodgers affected all teammates on both sides of the ball and the result was an amazing 2nd half, indeed. I had intended to watch the game just for a bit, mostly to see Mack play. But Mack’s play got me hooked, so I stuck around for the 2nd half and boy, am I glad I did. Wouldn’t have wanted to miss that for anything.
