I don’t feel the desire to do that work and honestly I don’t believe I need to to convince myself that Rodgers is an elite QB.
I’ve seen him enough to know he’s elite. Actually, the guy is incredible. He’s elite and it’s not even close, IMO.
I didn't say he wasn't an elite qb.
I said that traditionally he has had a low percentage of wins in comeback situations. Which is true. And widely acknowledged. [

That's just one remark about one thing prompted by the fact that he just had his biggest come back win. It was supposed to be a one and done quick observation about something I thought everyone knew, and it was not offered as a slam on the guy or as a claim that he's not an elite qb.
Elite qbs are not flawless. I just thought it was interesting that he has this one longstanding issue and here he overcomes it in a tough situation. That was actually a positive comment.
And in fact one good thing to do with a one and done observation like that is just let it go. I defended saying it but then I didn't press the point or make it an issue, I just said it once and then for som e reason had to justify saying it.
But again I didn't say he wasn't an elite qb, he obviously IS. In fact one thing I have about the recent NFL is that I wish Rodgers had won the famous Wilson/Rodgers playoff game and the Pack had gone to the superbowl that year not Seattle.
