Snead is making a strong argument that Fisher just got in his way.
I don't know where that narrative comes from or why people think it's valid.
The Rams drafted well from 2012-2016 or there would not be a winning team in town.
And as we know just by looking at the facts, it was collaborative.
Rams are drafting well, still, from 2017-2018. And it's still collaborative. The system did not change.
Snead was always good. But he was not then and is not now an "uber" GM who runs things and makes the decisions on his own. I have defended Snead all along...but he no more makes the decisions by himself NOW than he did before.
And the drafts have been overall good from 2012-2018. Heck the Rams are EXTENDING more players from before 2017 than Vermeil KEPT IN TOTAL from before he got there.
