And speaking of Goff, I seem to recall that Goff tended to go to others before Watkins simply because he trusted others more to be where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, AND then make a play.
And I just now had a flashback of seeing Kupp motion to Watkins where he was supposed to be lining up.

Yep, I definitely think we dodged a bullet, because zn is right about the Rams pursuing Watkins post season.
