I think he is near his ceiling. HOwever, Right Tackles like Jon Runyan (similar with the big, tough, smart, yet limited athleticism, just like ROb) got better in little ways through technique as he advanced. Runyan was smart and tough.....Rob seems to be similar to him. Runyan was a pretty good pass blocker for McNabb all those years (and with Titans). People couldn't take advantage of Runyan....so, I hope the same for Rob.
