Don't lower your head, ever. If you're looking at the ground that's a problem now. You have a facemask - when you go in to make a hit keep your eyes up. I get the feeling that facemask contact will be allowed but crown of the head will not.
For a lot of these guys it's hard because they were taught a certain way from an early age. You can lower your body, and shoulders just don't look at the ground.
Could have very easily been called on the WR for "initiating contact with the helmet" on the Blake penalty.....that's what wrong with this rule. Who lowered his head first? Flip a coin.
