I dunno. I wonder. My feeling is that if they up their offer they can sign him. I also think at that point that the 2 sides can compromise between a low offer and a high demand. (The same as all negotiations.) If they're not willing to do that I can only wonder why.
I assume they realize that as good as he is, Suh is not as good as Donald, and that the real gain here would be to have AD and Suh playing on the same line.
