Brilliant........
this remark buried in all that treasure.......
Los Angeles has Donald, Suh and Joyner under contract for only one season. In other words, just one full year into the Sean McVay era and with Jared Goff still on his rookie contract, the Rams are going all in now. It's Super Bowl or bust in 2018.3 highlights for me........
Crushing the Colts in the opener. So fun; such a wipeout.
Beating the Cowboys. Was a sea change for the club. We had them on the ropes in the previous game in 2014. Ernie Sims two flags were hard, bitter memories.
Suddenly, it felt like the club had real aspirations beating Dallas on the road
Giants game. A throttling of major proportions. The smoking of the Seahawks easily could have been in this short list, but at the time the NYG game was larger statement game. One could almost sense the club going to Seattle and making a show of it. The Giant game was a big, big question mark. What a whipping!
3 Lowlights
Seattle loss at home. Was not happy with Redskin loss, but the Seahawk loss was an annoyance, and those moments that stuff like Gurley fumble out of the endzone and a turnover there? Grrr.......Just how many infuriating times did Wilson escape?
Vikings. Game still hinges on a couple of big plays. Kupp's fumble at the goal line was memorable
Eagles. Dunno why but this is the game that continues to haunt. A sack and fumble by Goff. Brilliant work by special teamsfor a touchdown. Josh Reynolds just shy of moving the sticks on short pass on 3rd and 3. Cooper Kupp going to the left side line for 64 yards. Most of all the taunting call on Trumaine Johnson. A stinging penalty that easily, imo, was the game.
Just over 2 weeks until the first preseason game. How fast years blow by..........
