That's outstanding! I wish I could run those type of distances!
I am 57 (till October anyways!!) and today I shared on FB that in the last 2 years and 2 weeks I have now lost 100 pounds. Big moment for me, changed diet and do a lot of the HIIT exercising and really enjoy that! Then on the weekends (long weekend this week since I'm on vacation today) I fast-walk then run 5+ miles/day. Usually takes me under an hour...I know that's not a record but it sure does burn up the calories and I have never felt better! Oh yeah, LOVE my FitBit too!
That's fantastic and inspiring, RFIP! Just keep putting that work in.
