As to sacks, I think they'll be solid (edge pressure will be mediocre IMO), but the pressures are what really matters and their strength up the middle of the line and those pressures in the QB's face should go well with the secondary quality..
They got 20 sacks from edge guys last year in spite of Ebukam being a rookie, Quinn being subpar most of the season, Barwin being less than he was, and Longacre being hurt much of the season.
This year they lost Fox and Obo was set back, but they still have Ebukam and Longacre and haven't yet used Littleton as a rusher. So they could have some stuff there, given the fact that it's Donald and Suh setting up the outside rush.
