lol...they didn't get past the first round of the playoffs WITH him either. Having said that, I still would pay him $23-24 mil, $75 mil guaranteed. Question is: Is that enough for AD and his agent?

The guaranteed money on your proposed deal is probably not enough. Miller got $70M guaranteed a couple of years ago. Salaries from inflation alone has increase by 14%.

A 14% increase from $70M is an $80M guarantee for Donald.

But if they're looking to reset the market and eliminate the salary stagnation in the non-QB market, it probably will take $85M guaranteed.
