The league wants to blackball one player, so they collude against an entire position... Yeah, right.
The fact is that the NFL has been getting a LOT of bad PR the last few years for several different issues. Players that are bad PR risks (for whatever reason) have to be huge difference makers on the field for them to take the risk. Eric Reid just isn't one of those players. An upgrade for many teams, perhaps, but not a huge difference maker.
