It sure seems like the Rams see something they really like in this young man.
I don't know anything but what I read here, what PFF says (one of the best edge performers they rated this year), and that he's 6'4 240, meaning he's long, is a good size for the position, and has some room to grow.

But when you've got a no-name rookie playing with the 1's and getting praise, we have to pay attention.
Sometimes guys come along that just have instincts and football ability that rise well above their testable athletic skills.
Maybe the Rams got one of these guys in Lawler.
It'll be interesting to follow and see if Snead has found another late round gem.
