The Rams are SB contenders not only because they added Cooks, but because they also added Suh, Peters, Talib, and Shields, because they have their entire offense coming back except for Watkins (and Cooks might be an upgrade), and because the youngsters all have a years experience under their belts. Note that 'youngsters' includes McVay as well as a slew of players.
