I love and appreciate all of your insight and hard work, Deadpool! Any information you can provide through mocks, big boards and analysis is desired since I rarely watch college football.
One item I noticed yesterday was the academic excellence that nearly all of these men have which says a lot about their character, work ethic and intelligence. Every player that comes into the NFL has ability but like in any job the key to completely realizing or enhancing those skills is motivation and desire. McVay and his coaching staff are definitely motivators but having young men that are used to putting in the time and effort to learn their playbooks, understand the structure and reasoning behind it and exerting their brains in the application is what elevates average to good and good to great.
Last year most of the players taken were team captains, this year they were academic achievers. Leaders, motivators, team oriented "We Not Me" guys. It's a great time to be a Rams fan!! Thank you, Deadpool.
