And I don't think Cook can have a grade on him if you do. He has a one year contract. If Cook walks in 2019, it is a failed transaction.

There seems to be two methods of grading this draft. One, where you include players that picks were used as compensation and two, purely based on drafted players.

The first method --- I give an Incomplete grade. We won't know until Cook's contract is settled.

The second method --- I give them a C+ to B-.

Of course, we know these things aren't really determined for a couple years.
