The Rams aren't really getting help for this season.
They are drafting backups that may work out for the future.
What are we going to do with all these late picks. It seems like an expensive approach to have bodies at camp. Most of them will not make the team.

Yeah, because there are so many day one starters that come in the 4th round.
They're all developmental picks at this point. What do you expect?
The number of 6th round picks is an issue, but let's see what they do with them.....maybe they'll trade for some future picks
