You can't say he didn't destroy the tapes either. They could have easily convinced the guy to say he was only setting up his camera but you, nor anyone else, knows for sure. If you want to believe what the NFL is feeding us then go ahead. But I believe there was a taping and that the Patriots had an unfair advantage. I will take Warner's, Bruce's, Holt's and Faulk's opinions before I listen to any of Goddell's people.
