There are no underlying facts-not until the games begin. But they do have a good QB and an excellent GM. Excellent baseline. They may-or may not-be very good this coming season. Because they have many people saying they are on the upswing doesn't take away from the respect the Rams have now.

Yes, he made a great deal to land Jimmy G, But he also struck out big time with Rueben Foster who played well but Seems to be living up to his Off field warning labels that caused him to slip to begin with.
