With all the attention the Rams have been getting and continue to get.... why would I care about the 49ers? The Rams are the talk of the league
The 49ers aren't as talented as the Rams...but they play in SF (with a ton of championship pedigree) and the NFL is seeing dollars as far as creating/renewing the rivalry between LA and SF
Do I think they should have gotten 5 PT games like the Rams no I don’t... I would have put them in 3 and left the opportunity to flex later in the year
But you are right they didn't just almost beat the Rams they almost beat a lot of teams with Hoyer. They found their QB and they are talented and competitive. They don’t seem elite but could they go from being 6-10 to 10-6 or 11-5... you bet
If they get Darius Guice to go with McKinnon their offense is going to be a headache for most teams
