The NFL is clearly doing some additional promotion here trying to build up interest in the West and yes nationally in these teams

There are no underlying facts-not until the games begin. But they do have a good QB and an excellent GM. Excellent baseline. They may-or may not-be very good this coming season. Because they have many people saying they are on the upswing doesn't take away from the respect the Rams have now.
Might be a little too soon to call Lynch an “excellent GM”, waterfield.
