Two different things, IMO. And this thread topic is about face of the franchise. McVay is that common undercurrent underneath all coaching, player performance, and even draft and FA personnel decisions.
We now have a very talented roster, indeed. But they were mediocre as a team (except for AD) until McVay showed up. I rest my case.
