as I posted a few days ago, it's about the chances... and the odds are that the good players (Pro Bowl was one marker) like Pro Bowlers are the ones taken at the top of the draft, the top 2 rounds are going to be better odds of finding a player than 3-4...even though they are just 1-2 rounds lower, the quality drops fast, and even round 1 is no sure thing
