we just need the criteria of what a Hit or Miss looks like...
(ie starter? good starter? back-up/depth & never starts, fails to make the team, plays good 1 or 2yrs but not the other?, injured but showed somethin? injured and didn't show much, etc)...what is it????
....we could cobble that together in a thread of suggestions maybe?!!
Then we post a thread where with the Post Draft 100 player list and everyone who wants to partake post their 100 Hits or Misses based on that list. And we sticky it for 3yrs or archive it. Then, every year after the 3rd....we check back on that list and review to see who's got the best feel on the pulse of talent search!! lol
That'd be a really fun exercise that could even have a small HERD award for official HERD Draft GM for a year...maybe even a virtual trophy..and start a new fun competition....all in good fun.
