Or, he may have been exactly where he needed to be and Goff didn't get it to him. It's like saying the film lies. Well, if someone, anyone, has proof that Watkins wasn't where he needed to be....that is worth considering. But no one has. It's just guesswork.
And, with Benoit saying Rams didn't use the 3x1 formation very much, it takes away his credibility. The Rams used it, a lot. And while it's true stills don't show everything, to get the stills people have to watch the film. And when others may attack the stills as not showing everything, it's kind of funny because the counter it with nothing. So, from one side you get someone watching the film and posting stills as evidence to support an opinion, on another side you get people who don't watch film, offering their opinion based on nothing but stats. And while it does not apply to you, max, it is kind of a theme around here sometimes.
As I said when the Cooks trade went down, it was fine by me, we replaced one player with another player who does some similar things, Watkins does some things better, Cooks a hair faster and brings good things to the table, it was a matter of cost. Watkins plus a 1st or Cooks plus a 4th now and a 3rd next year/
Turns out to be a wash.
But the dumping by some (not you, you are just the messenger) is retarded. Andy Reid, no dope, just gave the guy 3 years for $48 million. Rams were going to offer a lot, just not that much, maybe $13 or $12 or $14 mil...who knows.
