IMO it's the grunts....it's the no name guys that keep showing up on the tape. Yes the Gurly's and the Wood's and the Donald's make the splash plays.....but the guys like Brown, Haverstein, Westbrook, Brockers, .....those guys actually allow you to go and get a small portion of your team to make them dynamic.
Everyone always looks at the stars and so forget the building blocks that allow the stars to shrine. Yes we have a lot of name players right now....can't keep all of them, but IMO it's the un-named guys we can't let go away.
I love the big time plays like everyone does...but at the bottom of that great play are the guys forgotten about.....I like to recognize them...without them those great plays come few and far between.
