Coaches dealing with players is one thing - who steps up and takes a leadership role on that side of the ball? Thought maybe Quinn and Ogletree might have been that, but maybe not. Defense will need a leader to keep everyone clicking together. Maybe Barwin?
Donald? Barron? Talib? Joyner?
McVay has mentioned Donald's name along with AO and Barwin for who provided leadership last year.
I still think they bring Barwin back if only for a leadership role.
But I also see Joyner and Talib stepping into that role.
