Winning cures all? Sure. And last year, McV had the magic touch for a bunch of guys who hadn't won in forever.
But this is the NFL. Suppose they drop a couple early ones. And their are rumblings about a couple of key plays Suh took off. Or a PF from one of the CBs that cost a game. What if frustration sets in?
Will McV still be able to control knuckleheads if the team goes cold and gets frustrated?
I dunno. I'm not predicting doom at all. I'm not judging the acquisitions. Things may work out fine.
But McV is not a veteran HC blooded over many seasons with a track record of iron control. He's a wunderkind who has not yet experienced adversity of the kind that breeds team frustration and career pressure. So ... I have concerns that cannot be answered until we see how the Knucklehead Bunch behaves.
