as opposed to win a SB and hose teh franchise for 5-10yrs by trading all my drafts away.

Consistency is highly valued to me. But that's just me...there are many folks that feel otherwise, and that's cool....
just sayin that's not how I like to win or root for a team...to buy it's way for a 1shot SB...then doldrums for a decade.
