You can play a team of HoFers and not be sure of a Super Bowl such are the vagaries of this league.
If they did win a Super Bowl and then get into cap trouble and be losing great players, would Stan like to see a team in decline opening his shiny new stadium?
I doubt it.
If this were a Julio Jones 3 or 4 years younger I could *kinda* get it, but this guy is not a team player.
Maybe it's hype.
Look at all the press and the coverage it's getting the Rams. We're the darling's of the NFL at the moment and that won't hurt as the schedulers figure out prime time games for next year.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
