As long as those two stay and grow together that's their window. Not to dismiss everything else but teams with a quality Head Coach and top 10 QB will win and contend. The rest will fluctuate around them and a lot of other factors come in. But if you have a good HC and QB you are ahead of 3/4 of the league.
