I agree entirely with this. Rams don't need to be "nice guys" in this.
Especially when Donald and Agent are making it clear a) they want the absolute last nickle on the table, and b) no hometown discount.

Why lose a LOT of cap space sooner than you have to? Just so a player can wear a smile on his face?

Rams don't owe this young millionaire anything.
