trade flexibility

March 15, 2018 05:16AM
That abundance of 6th round picks gives them good flexibility to move up in the draft when they see a guy they want slipping.

As examples, their top two 6ths (176 and 183) could be packaged to get back into the late 4th round. Or they could use them to move up 7-8 spots in the 3rd round. Even their last two selections in the 6th could be packaged to get back into the late 5th.

Of course, willing trade partners needed. But those picks will have some value for them.

They should trade two late picks for 2019 draft picks.

Billy_T290March 15, 2018 07:00AM

sometimes they can forfeit a pick in the 6th...for a 5th in 2019

Strength of the Draft would be considered
