This whole 'team building' aspect of the NFL is inter esting.
As a fan i dont reallyknow much about it. I am basically just a 'game watcher' on my tee-vee.
Its a fascinating chess game. Sign this player or that player? Extend this one or that one? Cut this one or that one?
Its mostly based on predicting the FUTURE. Well who the heck is really honestly good at that? I mean...its the...future.
My point is....it aint easy. It aint easy to build a team. Snead has a tough task. All the GMs do.
I guess I'm stating the obvious.
...fwiw, I guess Philly guessed right on their top five future-predicting decisions last year:
QB Nick Foles,
OL Steven Wisniewski (three-year deal,)
WR Torrey Smith, three years, $15 million)
OL Chance Warmack (one-year “prove it” deal,)
WR Alshon Jeffrey ($7.75m signing bonus, $1m base (gtd), $750k workout and $4.5m in incentives for yds, catches, Pro Bowl, etc)
