It is, absolutely. Can Reynolds go from WR5 to WR4? To me, absolutely. Can he go to WR3? Much bigger leap and the coaches will have discussed that based on what they saw from him day in and day out in practice and meeting rooms, etc.

I think they drafted both Reynolds and Everett for what they would become in their 2nd and 3rd years. What McVay and staff feel that can be is TBD.
